Im Stuck

im stuck after you beat the team galactic boss you go to mount coronet and then you work your way to the top but wat do you do when you go outside for the second time you go down the stairs and to your left theres and entrance you go through battle all the grunts and then you go down and the grunt that stands in front of the door says "im hopelessly lost, please pay no attention to the lowly grunt with no pokemon" could somebody help Pleeeeeaaaaase?!?

yeah, you went in the wrong cave - head out of that cave and further around on the top to another one... there might be a second wrong cave to go through, can't remember and i'm not in much of a position to look it up at this moment
