I'd have to say my favourite one is Toy Time because it has the most awesome remix of the original Super Mario Bros tune and it's amazingly fun, it really utilised the whole gravity concept well. Beach Bowl would come in a close second since I loved the aesthetic of Super Mario Sunshine; bathing on a balmy tropical island is not something you really get to do here in Britain so it was a great little getaway and Beach Bowl galaxy really comes the closest to recapturing that, even though it's a pretty small galaxy. Special mention to Dusty Dune galaxy too
