finally how do you post normal messages in other forums i dont understand how...

Hi, Welcome to the Pika Club, hope you stick around and have fun

The adoption center will currently only allow you to have 1 Pokémon - it will hatch after 10 people have clicked it.

you post messages in other forums the same way you've posted this one, only if your replying to a topic, you click Post Reply instead of the New Topic button.
