ledyba didn't evolve
title says it. Ledyba should evolve at level 18 which my ledyba is at.
First to have: Ledian, Venomoth, and Persain

you go through things with a fine tooth comb and you still miss something...
fixed, changed level and exp down to 1 below what you needed to evolve, then clicked, leveled it up, evolved it, restored its exp to what it was before i messed with it
