I've seen pics of pokmon under almost all the members. How do I get one?

go to google, click on images, then click on ADVANCED image search type in the keyword "Pokemon" if you scroll down a bit you'll see a box that asks you about the size. click on the arrow and select "Icon sized" then Search... pic your pic and Voulla you have your Pokemon Avatar!!

The pictures under everyones usernames are called avatars

Avatars? I usually just call them icons, but oh well.
