Not registered as caught?

According to my Pokedex, I have neither seen nor caught a Slowbro.

But I have one in my box. And, strangely, my box is in National Dex order and it's right at the beginning.

Its number is 21418.

I can't remember trading for one so I think I caught it. I put it in the ranch a few weeks ago and it's had no interactions.

so completly ranch leveled and evolved then?

just asking as this could be relevent info...

Yep, 100% ranch leveled and evolved. If it had ever been in my party, I would have interacted with it as soon as I put it in.

I also have this problem, I have just got a Slowbro, Ranch levelled and then a few clicks and it evolved.

I neither have it registered as seen or caught, even though if I put it in my party and click it, it will prob register as SEEN.

Mine is also at the beginning of my National Dex.
