Not really an issue, though this is not supposed to happen I am sure.
There is a hatched pokemon on my card that I don't have, it's an unhatched egg in my party. OwO

Sometimes there is a small delay between an egg hatching and it updated everywhere, due to browser cache. Your party appears fine now.
