Clamperl problem
I traded and traded back one of my Clamperls while it was holding a Deep Sea Scale. When I got it back it was still holding the Deep Sea Scale and had not evolved.

Did you trade it? Or did you gift it, maybe you should try this again! (Possibly fixed?)

I can confirm, me and a friend tried to do it with the tooth and it didn't evolve.
