Rowan's Request is nagging me

I finished the Rowan's Request quest, but now every time I show Rowan a Pokemon, he then asks me to do the quest again, and obviously you can only do it once, so it's bugging me a little... and I can't help but wonder if I'm missing out on another quest since he's stuck on that one (does he give other quests after that one?).

He should reset every 24 hours. How long has he been asking for the same Pokémon? There is a very small possibility it randomly picked the same Pokémon 2 days in a row.

It's not the Pokemon I think this is about, it's about the quest he asks you to do about professor oak's present. We had a problem with this quest restarting after being completed - it appears that it has come back

Yes, Oak's present is what I'm talking about... I've been ignoring it for a few weeks, but since I had to post another bug I decided to post ALL the little annoying bugs I've found so far... guess I was bored or something...
