the nintendo DS codebreaker is a game card that is specifically ment for special advantages in a wide variety of games. all you do is plug it in take it out. put a game in, and check the boxes. for example "pokemon diamond" once you put the game in you simply check the boxes in this case you can select maximum money maximum pp in battle and also you can get 999x of any ball in the game including masterballs thats basically it there are however some games it does not work on like pokemon ranger and other games

i wouldnt call it hacking considering you can buy it legally in stores however it is not a nintendo product. its made by pelican

No, it is hacking. period. using a device made by a third party to somehow edit or enhance gameplay is hacking.
