yes, but i'm not enforcing it too much if the post you (or someone else) makes in the topic is very relevent and on topic. also i believe stickied topics made by staff members and forum games are excempt from the rule anyway...
However, just small little posts like 'Yeah, me too' or 'no' or something just as pointless gets the full force of my staff powers

I think this would be a good idea. Seeing that new topics are now created once every blue moon, I think as long as the post is comprehensible and at least three or more sentences long they should be welcome in any topic.

As long as posts are on topic and written legibly this rule a blind eye will be turned to this rule for the time being.
