Mystery of Blazis Island

Blazis, an island southwest of the Hoenn Region, is a new popular tropical paradise resort. To celebrate the completion of its multi million pokédollar resort, the Azure Corporation will be holding both a Large Pokémon Battle Tournament and a Large Pokémon Contest. All the greatest Trainers and Co-ordinators are expected to appear.

But when a series of unfortunate and unexplainable events cause the Azure Corporation to cancel the tournament and the contest just one day before they were due to start, a group trainers and co-ordinators decide to find out just what’s happened, and try to get their respected competitions back on.

The rules of both competitions state that only 6 Pokémon can be used through out (Evolving of the Pokémon after the start will be allowed). No other Pokémon other than these 6 are to be allowed on the island. Here, state the 6 Pokémon that you will use and their nicknames (if applicable). Listing their personalities is optional.

Personality: Calm and collected, Shawn is always trying to think of his next move, although he likes to keep a light mood, maybe throwing in a joke if needed. Starting to get bored with being in Pokémon battles, Shawn’s more interested in the wonderment of Pokémon these days.
Attire: An open black short sleeve shirt with a white t-shirt underneath, lightweight blue jeans and black trainers.

Age: 17
Personality:
In 'battle'/work Ethic:
Simple and sweet. She's busy in to the point. She never 'overdoes' anything, unless it'll better suit the job, like working with her pokémon to really 'wow' a crowd. Otherwise, she gets straight to the task at hand, and finishes it right away, taking help only when she needs it. While in a 'work' mode, she only commands (for pokemon) or speaks as is needed for her to. Otherwise, she does nothing of the sort, keeping her 'beak' shut, and finishing the task. Of course, once the task is over, she double checks to make sure nothing else is needed to be done/needs help with, and returns to her usual self.
'Usual' Self/Everyday Self:
Extremely loyal to her friends, and sometimes a tad overprotective, most know her as a sort of 'fiery', but overly loving, caring, and joking person to be around. Secretly 'fearing' tense atmospheres, she'll do anything to keep everyone around her in good spirits, even at the cost of herself. In this respect, she 'know humility' as she'll pick on, tease, and torture herself in humorous ways if need-be to keep everyone else in good spirits. Always reliable, anyone can count on her for help, though she's somewhat naive, and she doesn't know how to 'defend' or 'protect' herself. Only others, that are close to her, can she do such tasks for.

Age: 19

Personality: Shy at first, but spunky once she knows you.

Appearance: Black hair with green stripes to just above her waist, green eyes, 5'4", 130lbs, pale skin

Name of Trainer: Tatsu (friends call him Tats)

Age: 13

Personality: Though young for a train/co-ordinator, Tatsu acts as if he isn't so young. He likes to use the most unsual moves and always tries to make use of his surroundings, and even other attacks. While he isn't battling or co-ordinating, he usually is in a happy and playful mood. Doesn't like working with others, but doesn't show it. Is friendly with his pokemon.

Attire: Light blue, oversized t-shirt
which covers down just below the pockets of his black jeans (which he has a habbit of having his hands in the pockets of them at almost all times).

Appearance: Black hair, with a sight hint of dark blue, suggesting it had been previously dyed, the hair covering his neck completely, and stopping at his sholders, but it only goes down to the top of his eyes at the front. About as tall as the average 15 year old. Not chubby, but not noticably thin.

Pokemon:
Eevee Male. Likes to stay outside of his pokeball, very attached to Tatsu, doesn't like being left alone or with other humans that he doesn't know very well.

Butterfree Female. Friendly towards any pokemon that hasn't angered her before, but sometimes has a short temper, unpredictable at times.

Phanpy Male. Loves playing, doesn't look like a strong pokemon, but he has a few moves that will punish the unprepared, and also looks amazing.

Wooper Female. Loves eating, carefree and relaxed all the time, even in battle, looks weak, but is actually well trained for battling.

Teddiursa Male. Same as Wooper.

Lapras Male. The pokemon Tatsu uses less, but has trained alot more. Like a secret weapon to be pulled out at the end. Stronger than all others that Tatsu owns. Lapras is very serious compared to the rest of Tatsu's pokemon, yet it isn't so serious that it doesn't have fun and joke around sometimes.

Name of Trainer: John
Age: 15
Personality: Largely a Shy person, Perhaps overly shy. He spends much of his time Alone, with the hood of his White Hoodie covering his Head. He was bullied at school for being 'The small one' and thus he is not the most confident, He is very loyal to friends he does have, And they Tend to see a completely different, Happier, More Confident side to him. A lot is expected of him, His father being a famous trainer. He was ushered into the business by his Family, but so far, He is not taking it Seriously, Much to the dismay of his father, He seems to prefer interacting with his pokemon than battling.
Attire: White Hoodie and Generic Blue Jeans, Trainers, And a White T-Shirt (Logo'd) Underneath his Hoodie.
Appearance: Bleach Blond hair, Shoulder Length, With Dark-Black Highlights at the tips. Mildly Tanned skin

(Bubbles) Male - These two have been together since they were Azurill and Toddler. John knows that if there is One person that he can currently rely on, It is Bubbles. A gift from his Father, The Azumarill's biggest weapon is its love for its trainer, Although it is Capable of defending itself in battle

(Sparky-Kun) Male - Sparky's Past is Somewhat Mysterious, To say the least. It was rescued as an Eevee by John, And ever since, they have grown to be friends. He has a cheerful attitude, And usually Is able to make his Master feel better when he is down.

(Flammy) Female - Was another Present from John's father, But Flammy has shown a reluctance to Evolve. She is quite possibly the most similar in Personality to John. She keeps her friends close, However is cautious about making more.

(Twilight) Female - Her Past could not be less Mysterious, She was caught by John on an Expedition, Along With his Pikachu. However her Personality is Very Unpredictable, She has a tendancy to keep her friends close, but her enemies closer..

(Chuu-Chuu Train) Male - Along with Twilight, Was found on an expedition by John. He has a fairly curious Nature, loves to make friends, and will Quite happily trust most people.

(Darkness) Male - The Proverbial 'Mans Best Friend', Darkness would protect John even if his life depended on it, And much like Bubbles, He has been there for Much of John's life, as a Houndour.

Personality: Calm and collected, Jack is a strange Trainer, who does not co-operate well with other Trainers, and seems to only work with his Pokémon. He is kind for those he does work with, and seems to be hard to anger. He does not work well in stressful conditions though, and simply walks away if given one.
Attire: Green shirt, with a blue jacket. Blue jeans with a bit of wear on the knees.

Personality: Cleo is generally a cheerful and peppy person who enjoys hanging out with her friends (mainly her Pokemon), but she can be serious when she wants to. She loves working on puzzles in her spare time, such as Sudoku or crossword puzzles.

Personality: Optimistic, cheery, and prefers to think before he acts most of the time, but sometimes becomes quiet and locked in his own thoughts.
Attire: Drake prefers to wear casual clothing, usually wearing a black shirt with tan pants. And shoes, of course... >_>

Pokemon:
Mystic (Male) Drake's first pokemon and closest friend, he and Mystic can carry on a conversation using telepathy.
Blaze (Male) Blaze is incredibly loyal to Drake, and will obey every command right away in a battle.
Mirage (Female) Mirage is the happiest pokemon Drake has ever encountered. She's the polar opposite of Invictus, loving attention and prefers to be friends with other pokemon rather than battle.
Invictus (Male) Drake's main powerhouse. Invictus loves to battle, but shuns contact with other pokemon and humans.
Wisp (Female) Meditative and thoughtful, Wisp doesn't say much (in pokemon language, of course). Getting on her bad side, however, should be far down on one's list. Even though she's small, she's a fearsome opponent.
Basidio (Male) Basidio is the odd-one out in Drake's team. Drake hasn't been able to find any hint of emotion coming from Basidio. Even Mystic has a hard time conversing with him. Despite his strange personality, Basidio is very animated when it comes to battling, and spreads a strange feeling around him that scares away weaker pokemon.

Name of Trainer: Nehme

Age: 19

Personality: Not being able to stand his older sister, a gym leader, who always overshadowed him when it came to pokemon battling, he left his hometown of Saffron City to travel the world. He usually has a gentle temperament, but he can be set off easily and is very competitive when it comes to battling. He doesn't like to go out of his way to help others unless he knows it will benefit him.

Attire: Light-gray long sleeve shirt under a dark-gray and black sweatshirt; navy blue jeans
