she needs Feebas,Milotic and Groudon

Well that's cool I guess. The only one that I doubt I'll ever be able to find is Feebas.

Heh heh, travel all the way to England and ask Pokemon Hero nicely and he may trade you a Feebas. He has about 5 Feebas' and two Milotic's.

Tried to catch the mysterious "regiflame"? I doubt it exists. And why travel to england when I just tell you where to catch feebas; just under that bridge before fortree near the weather centre. Though you will have to do a bit of searching, because feebas only tends to be in up to 3 spots on the lake. If you get the right spot you can find it...
