Do my eyes deseve me?! There is a virus called pokerus!? That is so creepy.

Actually Pokerus is a virus that is helpful to your pokemon, as it helps its stats level up more/faster than they would normally.

This is a helpful virus for your Pokemon, much like bacteria found in yogurt. Nothing can happen if you have it.
