The letter head looks just like a normal memo. Usually official Nintendo letters are coloured different.
Considering the nature of the consoles, the specialised knowledge required to write a virus specifically for the Wii and the difficulty in distributing it due to the web browser being the only feasible outlet and the fact that the Wii doesn't come with an anti-virus scanner I'm going to say this is fake.
It CAN be bricked, but that's something different entirely and you wouldn't be reading a warning message if it had.
it's possible for the wii to get a virus, but as Pikachu3828 has already said, its extremly unlikely to get one. It cant get the same kind of virus' that your PC can.
Those pictures look like its part of an april fools joke to me, but maybe that's just because of the fact it was just the other week

Not very likely. None of the Windows viruses can affect the Wii. In any case, the chances of a Wii virus are slim to none, there are some way for the virus to get onto the Wii. Homebrew software and Flash on the Opera browsers are just two examples.
