Platinum: Rising Rivals Set Info and Discussion

Platinum: Rising Rivals is coming out on the 20th of May, with prereleases scheduled for the weekends of May 9th and 16th. Currently here is what's known about the set:

* Mostly comprised of cards from the Japanese 'Bonds to the End of Time' set.
* All 5 forms of Rotom will be featured, along with Charon's Choice, a Supporter designed for Rotom decks. They are numbered RT1-RT6. (Updated: they will replace the Shiny Pokemon in packs. Likely 2 per box of 36 packs)
* Classic reprints will be Base set Pikachu (with updated artwork), Surfing Pikachu, and Flying Pikachu.
* Features more Pokemon SP, mostly Gym Leaders and Elite Four's Pokemon. (Gym Leaders will have GL after the Pokemon's name, Elite Four will have the Japanese symbol for '4' after their names)
* 9 Lv.X's will be in the set, including Snorlax lv. X, originally a Domino's Pizza promo in Japan.

i'm officiallaly unhappy with this set... there is no umbreon card in it, but every other eeveelution appears in it - flareon even has two cards (a normal and a SP version)

why is umbreon the only eeveelution not to be in this set?

It was also not present in the Japanese set, so TPCI is not to blame. Maybe they'll release one for the inevitable HeartGold/SoulSilver set.

As for playable cards, I've been hearing that Flygon lv. X, Gallade 4 lv. X, and possibly Luxray GL lv. X might be big at the upcoming Battle Roads.
