For those who saw on Pokemon.Com on the 2nd, you can get the member card, but only if you have platinum. It's tedious to explain how to get so I wont. Just go to Pokemon.Com for more details.
I think well be getting Shaymin the same way...

finally these download events are making thier way over to the western world... quick note these dates only apply to the American version of platinum
so far the japanese have had the secret key for rotom, this members card for darkrai and the oaks letter for shaymin. Hopefully it wont be too long before europe sees this new event as well.
