The Problem you've described in your second post (although in future, please dont intentionally double post again), has been noted HERE
But basically whenever you see that message, DONT press refresh. If you see that message, your Post HAS been posted, and pressing refresh will cause it to post again

As WhoKnows_WhoCares has said, that's an issue we're having around the forums lately. Everything still works so it's just an aesthetic issue really that we're trying to get fixed ASAP.
