So it's finally here. The sequel to one of the best games on the Wii, Super Mario Galaxy.
Having read a reveiw on IGN which gave it a perfect 10 score, I am now really excited for it's UK release in 2 weeks time, but I know it's out in America right now.
This is the topic to come and talk about SMG2, and if you think it's better than the original or more of the same.

Re: Super Mario Galaxy 2
I can't wait to play this game I haven't been following it much but I've watched some reviews of it and unsurprisingly it's getting good reviews across the board. It doesn't look worlds apart from the original Super Mario Galaxy but when that was such a good game I really don't mind too much. 2 Mario games on one (non-handheld) console? It's been a long time since that happened so I can't really complain!

Re: Super Mario Galaxy 2
I've decided to play through SMG1 again before the 2nd on is out over here. Forgot just how great that game is. It looks and sounds amazing, so the sequel looking the same graphics wise isn't too much of a downside. And the puzzles in the first one are both clever in how the are done and challenging enough that us platform 'veterans' don't beat the game in 5 minutes.
Bring on SMG2 and Yoshi along with it
