Help please?
Help nearly everytime I connect to any link, it says, 'This Server cannot be displayed the website has occured an error. Please contact the Webmaster and remember the times and tell them to them.' I just want to know has anyone else encountered this problem? I didn't know who the 'Webmaster' is, so I posted here. Was that ok?? Could you carry this on to the 'Webmaster' for me? Plus it happened at the times between 6:17pm - 6:27 Okey dokey. That's it then. Thanks!

Re: Help please?
The webmaster here is Pikachu3828. It's probably not a big deal, just wait a while and the problem should sort itself out. I'm not having any issues with the forum nor the website so I don't think there's a problem anymore.

Re: Help please?
Actually, for issues like this, it's usually best to contact me. We get this happen every so often, and I usually have to take the server down for about 5 mins.
Unfortunatly I'm on holiday at the moment and while I have Internet access, I don't have the passwords to login to do the nessesary restart. Unless Pikachu3828 does it, you'll have to just keep hitting refresh when they come up until I get home on Tuesday.
This is a problem we are aware of, but you have done EXACTLY the right thing, thank you.

Re: Help please?
I am having an issue with my account for some reason it says I am logged in except for when I try to enter the trainer hub and then it comes up as me not being signed in. So I tried signing in multiple times and trying to enter the trainer hub again and it keeps coming up as me not being logged in. Can anyone help me with this please?

Re: Help please?
yeah, its a cookies issue - i know a few mobile phones have problems on varius sites staying logged in because of cookies. unfortunatly i dont know how to check for that on any phone, let alone a blackbury (I myself have an iphone and i still dont know how to check for cookies). only advice i can give is to have a look on the web, see if there's something that can help - or check the site through some other internet enabled device (computer or wii, ps3 console maybe).

Re: Help please?
first of all, stop hijacking topics - if the topic isnt talking about the thing you want to talk about or the question you have, either find a topic that does talk about it or start a new one
however, in answer to your question, which has been explained somewhere else, the forums are customisable - and as such you can set the forum's clock to your local timezone. if done correctly, the forum clock will match your computers clock or your wristwatch exactly. the server on the other hand is not costomisable. the adoption agency pages uses the servers clock to work out the time and to display it - therefore, everytime your on any page to do with the adoption agency, you will see the time it is in the UK, and when your on the forums, you'll see the time for the timezone that your profile has been set too
