The only thing is, you forgot Jirachi and Deoxys! They are kinda like the new mew and mewtwo....more than Rayquaza, in my opinion..

I personaly liked the three ledgendary brids. (Articono, Zapdos, Moltras). in my opinion they are the best because they were oddities.
Articono being fling and ice, Zapdos being fling and electric, and molteras being fling and fire. back in the day the fling pokemon were only fling and normal. the thre elements (electrc fire and ice) made them special and cifferent from all the other pokemon. Call me old fashioned but red and blue were the best. they were much harder and had more little side quests. also you needed at one point in red and blue needed to just level up, not like todays games were you can rush through it without training them at all.

I say the Bird-Trio. It's well balanced and they're all flying types (I like flying pokemon along with other types).
