It's not a glitch. It's very intentional.

Yes, turning into a hiker and possibly giving out the same pokemon as the hiker are both glitches... however the actual picture is a glitch.
Also, you may notice we have a little thing about swaring around here - its against the rules and it gets censored straight away - i'm fairly sure that goes for linking to something you made specifically for the site's attention as well...

Seriously though I have no idea why this happens. The code all looks absolutely fine.
Edit: Hurr forgot to break case in a switch. Since I'm such a nice guy I reset the cave for everybody that had already done the cave today so you don't have to wait till next week to get Koga Pokémon.
