I forgot to get on the boat, and I'm busy tomarrow, so I'm not getting a water stone, much less some mining equitment anytime soon

I believe you have to mine fifteen times sucessfully to even get the equipment to be able to get water stones, I believe they come on the last upgrade I'm just not sure on the number of times. But chances are since the most mines have been 9 (says the hall of fame) I don't believe anyone has one....yet
