When I got Diamond I picked Piplup

1. I love penguins <3
2. Empoleon was a water and steel stype (pesky grass types -_-)

my starter was piplup....like my brother.
Reasons why:Why Piplup you ask?It's cute and cuddly.Evolves to an Empoleon and fights good.Also it's Dawn's starter Pokemon.That's why......

nothing else to say i guess.......if i where to be a pokemon i would be a Piplup ofcourse! :lol:

I choose Turtwig because I wanted to be able to ride on Torterra's back. I'm so lazy.

Also he's a good starter all round, plus that Tree on his back makes for great shade. Because of me not knowing anyone else whose into Pokémon enough to get the games that live near me and because my DS refuses to connect to the internet and all that I've had to buy a cheat item which aloows me to get any Pokémon anywhere. Though generally I don't use it untill I complete the game, yes I keep restarting because I'm depressed to be alone.

Having the original DS is a real downer.

When I get a DSI, and believe me I will get one, I'll gladly take anyone on and I'll let them get any starter from me at level 5 but untill then I'll sulk because I don't have enough money. I hate cheating but I'm kinda stuck...

I always start with the water poekmon. coz they are the ones that get me the furthest without hsving to waste time leveling up just to beat one gym leader. then i catch other pokemon and leave the starter in my box

crystal: totodile
gold/silver (this is when i was like 5 yrs old): cyndaquil or totodile
yellow: pikachu! (only choice)
sapphire: mudkip
platinum:piplup
diamond:piplup
pearl sav slot 1: chimchar (to breed)
pearl sav slot 2: turtwig (to breed)
Black: oshawat (4 got its name but its the water one)
white: (still havnt chosen coz i like poekmon black better)
I have all these pokemon games coz i have an acekard. So i can download them! well the ds ones i downloaded
