The glitching this site has on firefox makes me cringe inside ._. you all sure the code can't be rearranged to be friendly to more than one web browser?

i have hte same issue but i've gotten used to it so it doesn't really affect me for much of anything besides berry growing. lol

I don't believe anything can be done with the code, but you could check your firefox add-ons...

Apparently if you have the Skype add-on it refreshes the page for some reason, of course not much problem on normal sites but a bit of a problem on here where you go to a page and then its locked for the day.

*OFF TOPIC* ---- The one that really annoys me is Hotmail / Windows live mail, when i check my email it refreshes it, jumps from junk, to inbox, to deleted, or sticks on the message and wont let you go... in the end i just close the tab and leave all the unimportant email there for another day.... don't know if it's their problem or Firefox's though....

it's affected the game corner, mining, and berry growing for me. Not to mention the whole karma deal and even interactions with other pokemon.

The only add on for ff I'm aware of having is no script and it's set to allow everything here.

or opera... i mean personally i use IE, but i hear opera is a good browser...

Alternitavly we've heard that if you upgrade FF to the latest beta version, the double click problem is solved - we have no idea what is causing it other than its the browsers fault, not ours

Originally I had that until I realized that it's a virus magnet for the other sites I visit. I had to switch to FF and load up on ad blockers to prevent my computer from being attacked. One of the viruses managed to get past my protection and almost killed the entire thing. My computer was maybe a few months old too with ALL my school stuff on it...I guess I could only use it for this site but still...

said website was deviantart :T they're horrible about their security. FF fixed it completely with their ad blockers.

I dunno...just a bit baffled after having to program a website last year and our professor hammering us to make sure our website worked on all major browsers and coming across this problem so much.

Ah I see...may I suggest downloading avast! free-antivirus? It's a great protector, better than some of the ones you have to pay for I've heard. I will admit that I have had problems with pop-ups and virus attacks but that's calmed down A LOT since I got avast! let me tell you.

I don't really know what to tell you...I know WhoKnows and Pikachu have both tried to look for something in the code that might have been causing it to happen, but from what I understand there's been nothing. It's on the browser from what I know...an auto-fresh type issue/deal or something...I really have no idea. ^^'

The thing is that the AA is tested on all major browsers. The aleart system nearly got dropped because it didn't work in IE, but pikachu3828 managed to get it running on that in the end and the feature stayed in.

We don't know why firefox suddenly flipped out. We know that until the last update there were no problems. We know that if you upgrade to the new beta version, there is no problems. We cannot find, nor think of, anything that would cause this double click thing in only 1 browser. Which means the fault is most likely with the browser itself

For people with the double cick glitch, have you tried right clicking the link and opening it that way?

I'm not sure if that works but it's worth a shot.

If it's happening on other websites too then it's clearly an issue with Firefox itself and not the Adoption Agency.
