Yeah, promo is hoppip

What people forget is that a years worth of promo's were set when the game was originally released. Therefore, if we hadn't had any updates to the AA, we'd still have gotten hoppip this week. The fact that hoppip (and some other promo pokemon) have been released in other ways in later updates doesn't stop the pokemon being released via the promo.

It sucks a bit, I know, but the more pokemon released in updates, the greater the chance it was already planned to be given away via the promo.

be glad roy decided to put in a promo thing at all. Sure we'd all like to get stuff we don't have to but with everything planned out ahead (promo wise) who's to say we won't get stuff we already have sometimes? Be glad we even get free stuff at all.

Anyways I dug up a Claw Fossil. Hoping for a female Anorith. lol

Still hunting for Helix Fossils to try to get a Female Omanyte. lol

is it me or is it getting dead around here? it could just be me, fighting off some depression so I haven't been here as much, but it doesn't seem like there's been much activity day to day

its getting slow on the forums, but the AA seems to still be going strong... granted thats based on how many clicks a day plus looking at various numbers (amount of trainers, amount of eggs/pokemon, amount of some other stuff) continually going up at a steady rate...

easter's in 40 days (lent starts tomorow if i recall... if i dont recall then it might be slightly longer than 40 days) - there will be an update sometime during the couple of weeks after... and we've got some interesting things going to be included...

I'd do a forum competition but i honestly cant think of one at the moment... going away for a couple of days, maybe i'll come up with something then

so I finally managed an intermediate mining kit...uh...how in the world does everyone manage fossils D: and is intermediate the highest we can go right now?

we managaed to get an advance kit long before the trade was disabled... when a completly DIFFERENT bug was affecting the trade area, which should have been fixed in the last update... technically WAS fixed in the last update but kind of went a bit wrong...

anyway, that's how we did it

correct. Thunder, Leaf, Fire, Water, and Sun Stone are with the Advanced Kit which Trading with Roark is needed for (as WKWC us who can mine fossils did while there was a bug with it.) and the Gold Mining Kit which is gained from having 5 Thunder, Fire, Leaf, and Water Stones in your inventory and going to the Archeological Research Institute while you have the Advanced Mining Kit.

yeah the forums seems slow but I hadn't noticed anything losing pace in the actual AA. I'm sure it'll pick up again soon, once there's new things to talk about

oh...that...really stinks. I was really excited about managing to make the stone thing since it's Spring Break. Uh...I guess I have to ask if anyone would be kind enough to trade?

I've actually been debating if I should open my own trade thread but...I'm pretty sure everyone already has all the pokemon I have...

No, you can get sun stones with intermediate. And one of the elemental stones you don't mine but trade for with someone at the train station.

And Sage, I have an overload of kabuto's atm in my efforts to get a shiny green one. I can trade you one if you'd like. That's pretty much the only fossil pokemon I have that I can breed.
