it hasn't hatched yet, its been sitting in my box since I got it earlier this week.

is that the one from the cosmo lab, or from the weather institute main page? only ask because they are two different eggs... i just picked up the one that was lying in grass as you click on the weather institute - but i've had the one from the cosmo lab for several days now... so has powerchu, and he's leveled it up to something rediculous and it still hasnt hatched - it has one very high rarity

Also got an eevee egg from bill... not that i needed it, but still

I'm praying my Eevee is female so I can breed it and get some quick evolutions, not sure what I'll turn it into if it's male though, maybe Jolteon... Or I could try for Espeon or Umbreon... So many choices

as much as i would love to have a female eevee (for breeding) i wouldn't care if mine was a male since i'd evolve the eevee i get into vaporeon either way. Vaporeon is my favorite Eevee evolution.

and yes my egg from the cosmology lab is rediculously leveled. It's level 17 now. lol

if anybody evolves an eevee into an espeon i will be willing to temp trade my (very precious) Umbreon to for dexing purposes... Just putting it out there

I was very lucky in that my Eevee that i was given for testing purposes was Female... which ment i could test out a LOT of eeveelutions!!!

so how do the time based evo's work anyway? do they have to level during that time of day or what?

Basically your pokemon obtains its happiness as usual. Once it hits the limit it needs to evolve, that's where it starts getting interesting.

A Budew will only evovle during the daytime. If the Time is set to night and its interacted with while it has the 200 Happiness points it needs to evolve, nothing will happen until it is interacted with during the day, at which time it will evolve. the Time Keeper perk, however, means that a Budew will evolve even at night. Any other happiness and time based evos will work exactly the same way

Eevee is where things get complicated. Because Eevee can evolve during the Day or the Night, the Time Keeper perk doesnt affect it at all. instead it will evolve as soon as it hits 200 happiness and depending on the time of day depends on if you get an Espeon (day time) or Umbreon (at night)... good luck with that one if your aiming for a certian one...

I actually don't think it would be too hard to aim for Espeon or Umbreon as long as you kept an eye on it. Just switch it out of your party when it was a few clicks away from evolving and only bring it out during the time of day that coresponds with which one you want. It might take some extra effort but it doesn't sound too difficult. If it's male I think I'll go for Jolteon, it calls to me for some reason

or if you have the utilitarian perk like i do attach a happiness berry and get it to 99 clicks then throw and everstone on and max it's happiness with a couple of happiness eat berries then take off the everstone when it is the time of day you want for whichever eevee evo you want the get a single click on it to evolve it. At least that is what i plan to do to get espeon and umbreon. lol

Wait...eevee? Oh darn it, I didn't miss my chance to get an eevee when I moved, did I!? D8 I desperately want a Jolteon. It's my favorite pokemon.
