I share mine usually on forums. Not too many people click on the links though.

I put my breeder card up on my own website once in awhile, though sometimes take it down due to no one clicking on it. Then again the site is small so could just be a lack of people... I fully plan on sticking it in my sig if I ever join a more active site though

Mine tends to be my breeder card but if the card is too big, I put a link to my breeder card instead.

I use the individual pokemon. I find that works easier for people as they only have to click once to help rather than click, go to a page and click again.

Only on forums since I don't use other types of websites(my fb friends are not really into Pokemons :,) )
I think it is the best tu use breeder card because it it faster to level up your pokemons.
