Help me! I have checked where it used to be and also mount freeze and still no Articuno... where is it the second time so i can recruit it?

also, my strongest pokemon are,

on lv52,

on lv45,

on lv33, and

on lv31.

plus how do i get another HM Dive? I lost my first one...

edit: nvm i got everything back in order

I've already caught lugia and mewtwo and entei and more and I can rescue people from western cave since it is simple

my brother mostly does the work for me but i did the beginning.im at the part where i have to face darkrai the mighty awesome darkari!i could take cressiala along but i just look up some cheats.not gamefaq.com but another pokemon site with pokemon mystery dungeon explores or time but i forgot the name of the site.....
