Can't get Pokédex?

I just registered and it keeps telling me to go to the prof for my Pokédex and player card, but when I click to go there I don't get anything? It just takes me to the main hub with the guide for each area.

That's the link you want, the home tab on the top - there you'll be able to register for the Adoption Agency, you'll be asked a couple of questions and then you should get your trainers card and some pokemon

it looks like you picked up a pokemon somewhere first... if you have, that would be where the problem lies - do you remember picking up an egg form somewhere first?

Also, try it all again, from the link above, it should work now

Ahh thank you very much. Seems to be working fine now =) Gone through the start and got my starter!
