Pokemon Disappeared After Taken Out Of Ranch

Okay, so I took out Chic the Combusken today from the Ranch. When I went to put her back in she wasn't there. I looked in my boxes and she wasn't there, I could have missed her but I'm not sure.

When I took her out, she was level thirty five if that helps you if you search the database for her, she was holding no item. If it also helps, her sprite was on the ranch for a bit after she disappeared.

According to the database, the Pokémon is in your box called Special. Did you change your default box since placing Chic in the ranch by any chance?

Aha, I see her now, I must have missed that box. xD

I changed my default box earlier. i guess it's because I put her in when that was default and took her out when it wasn't so it automatically went there. Thanks, haha.

Also, I noticed a typo.

Haha. Great! Also, I accidentally deleted my default box and I can't find the Pokemon that were in them now, like my Sunflora and Cuddles.

EDIT: Yes, today isn't my day. xD

You should not be able to delete your default box I haven't touched the box script in this update, note sure why it's messing up atm I'll have to take a look.

Thank you. I should really stop messing things up. Well, I think they are not in any of the boxes I have made because I actually looked in all of them this time. xD

For now I've placed all your standed Pokémon in your Default box.

I just went to test this bug myself and it doesn't bring up the option to delete the box when I go to edit my default box. How did you delete your default box?

I'm not entirely sure. I had two boxes with the same name, one being the default. I thought I deleted the not default box but obviously not. To be honest I deleted it like any other box would.
