New Gen V smilies and forum reorganisation

We've now integrated Generation V Pokémon into our forum's smilies. They function just like the other smilies, so if you wanted to bring up a picture of Druddigon all you have to type is:

There has also been some much needed forum reorganisation. Firstly, the Cosplaying forum has been deleted since it had not been used in literally years. Roleplaying forums have been moved to the Creative outlet and some forum descriptions have been altered slightly.
