As you may know, these forums have an integrated friends list feature which is also displayed on the Adoption Agency. You can also easily add someone to your friends list on their trainer card profile.
What I may do for a future update is integrate online user tracking into the AA's friends list feature so you can see who on your friends list is currently online while playing the AA. However, this will require a lot of work and research on my part so I would just like to gauge the popularity of this feature to see if it's worth it or not.

Right now it's none, but if I can see who interact with my pokemons daily in the future then I will add those people, so I can repay them first before I run out of clicks.

I have six at the moment, but I tend to be a little slow with this sort of thing. I do know that everyone on my friends list gets clicked every day, though.
