I'm not entirely certain if this is a bug or if I've just completely missed something, but I have my S.S. Anne ticket and the ship won't take me anyway D:
On a side note, it looks like I should be able to fish in the same area, but I don't know how to do that D: Never mind, I apparently can't read :'3

no bugs here, so i'll lock this - will answer your questions though
Friday's ship is the SS Aqua, not the SS Anne - so your ticket isnt valid on it - there are 3 ships in total, Silver on Monday, Anne on Tuesday and Aqua on Wednesday - each require a different ticket.
You also cant fish in the harbour when a boat is docked - try any other day that the 3 listed above and there will be a link to go fish.
