Pokedex bug?

Pokedex bug?
so I don't think it is a bug but in the pokedex it shows this(seen362/649,caught276/649) but when i go to Sevii Isle Two rate my pokedex it shows this(seen 363,caught277) so I'm confused.

ah, nice spot - what happens is that for some reason the pokedex loggs pokemon 000 as caught in everybody's pokedex, The actual pokedex now compensates for this, but obviously the rating by oak doesnt.
