Relicanth is a pokemon you can get via an Achievement. I'm pretty sure I know exactly which achievement, though I hesitate to tell you what so I don't ruin it for you. I will give you a hint: You can make this Achievement easier by catching a lot of fish you don't need. (Remember to read over the achievement discriptions)

Also there is only one known breeder/player that has a Mamoswine, who I will not name for their sake (They've been bothered enough about this), that refuses to trade or put in their party for others to click and register as seen.

If you would like, I'll make a trade with you. I'll breed you a Relicanth if you really don't want to wait to try and figure out what achievement it is. For the trade, if you have the ability to, I'd like you to breed me a female Drilbur. If you can trade me a female Drilbur, I'll give you a Relicanth that is also female.
