Can a Gen II Pokemon be turned shiny by an Enigma Berry? I've seen only the shiny Magikarp and Gyarados that I'm sure are somehow related to the trainer quest things, and I was just wondering~

Yes, only Gen I Pokémon cannot be shiny.

My breeding nidos give me male Nidoran (f).

Edit for November - I think honey hut is for when Combee gets released so it is not working just yet. Although I am not sure what it will do when it is released.

You currently can't, although in 2.2 breeding Nidoran(f) will sometimes result in a Nidoran(m) (as well as breeding Illumise will sometimes result in Volbeat) like in the games.

I would like to point out a little extra on that as before it was fixed (if it has been fixed yet) some people recieved Female Nidoran (M) from the achievement that gives it out so if you were one of the lucky few to get one of those then you can use that to breed more Nidoran (M).

I'm glad the Nidoran (F)/(M) breeding and Volbeat/Illumise breeding will be addressed though.

I'm not sure if it would be an appropriate time to ask but with the reveal of the extra egg slots for breed, will we be able to somehow purchase slot increases with the current money system or a new currency that would be used to purchase such upgrade, or will everyone just have a static amount of available egg slots to use?

Egg slots are currently tied to the amount of eggs you have collected, so every n eggs hatched you get a slot upgrade. I hadn't thought about buying extra slots, that's an interesting idea.

Is there any way to block a user from sending you trades?

I have someone asking me for legendaries for normal pokes and would like to block them.

I did already ask them in my trade thread to only ask for things in my trade box but they insist on the retarded trade spam still.

Well I have a couple of eggs that are level 2, well my question is, Is there eggs that wont hatch if they do not have an item?

All eggs hatch in a certain time frame. Out of the 5 different rarities, the shortest is 1hour but the longest takes 2weeks

Levelling up your egg to lv6 will half the time it hatches and at lv16 will half again
