Think of the places you can only access on certain days.
Think of a place where you would be able to get a lot of rocks.

i don't understand what Goggy means i haven't been on long so some of this is new i didn't know somethings could be seen on certain days

Certain ships dock in the harbour on specific days. This is what Goggy is referring to by a certain day.

ah ok all i have seen is the ss aqua though someone said i could get the ticket for the ship in the trick house annex but all i found was the ss silver ticket its not the same is it?

Nope, they are different tickets, although they look very similar.

Okay 1 you get from getting on a boat and talking to someone on other side, you got 1 free from the egg professor if you go back after picking up your egg, last is the trick house annex

Just do all the achievements & quests you can. You'll get it eventually.

It does take awhile though, so be patient.
