It's neither. We have a Pokédex. Look for the Pokédex Flavours table. The correct Pokémon will have weather directly mentioned in its B/W dex entry.

That's just a hint for 1 of the other stones... for the 3rd, you might want to look up a Sinnoh pokemon who's form can change depending on a weather condition

Tornadus and most of the other legendaries are reward pokemon for various quests around the AA.

Timburr is handed out to you on timburr island, which you get to after you get the map via completion of several quests. Alternatively you could ask for some breeder to breed you one in thier threads here or see if one is for sale in the shopping center.

how did you get the 27th level? as there are some methods of leveling up that do not evolve pokemon on the AA

that's why it hasnt evolved - meditation island and rare candies level up pokemon by 1 level, but it doesnt trigger evolution. You'll need to level it up via the ranch or via interactions to level it up.

Dont worry, your blitzle will evovle at the next level as long as it levels up via one of these methods

this is not the place to request pokemon, this topic is for people who have questions on the AA that they want the answer to, be it features they dont understand, locations of things, etc. For pokemon, we have a good pokedex guide in the user guides section that shows where most pokemon are found naturally. please use that, then at the most the chatroom thread to say your looking for a pokemon and can someone breed one for you. do not do that here

i was mass migrating things from my default box to another and i noticed i saw my nintales in my box, and i knew she was in my party so i kept going i noticed also my shiny masquerain showing in my default box as well. is this normal or?

yeah, its normal - - just because a pokemon is in your party or in your ranch (or other places like breeding center or meditation island) - they still have a box assigned to them. Usually the last one you had them in before putting them in your party or ranch. You can actually move the box while thier in the party but it wont affect anything - more interstingly it does nothing, revomving a pokemon from your party or ranch instantly puts them back into your defualt box anyway!
