considering i've had one for a long time, i'd guess either 'regrets, i've had a few' 'no woman, no cry' or 'i like to poke things' - but that's from an old memory and isnt that acurate sometimes - maybe somebody else can narrow it down

It's either "No woman, no cry" or "I like to poke things" from what I can tell.

where can you find your karma rating?

You go to your trainer card an it will be under your level.

ya though one of the achievements it to get the lowest karma rating not sure how to do that and anyone know where i can find a dusparse?

You can lower your karma regularly by choosing to keep the egg from the boy who appears once on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays, and Sundays in Faraway cave (sometimes you have to refresh a lot before he shows up), and via the random event egg you can pick up sometimes. There's a few other missions where you can demand someone pay you which will lower your karma. Also, avoid doing things which will raise your karma such as Union missions or returning the boy's egg.

Dunsparce is one of the Pokemon you can get from Elm.
