I've seen a few of the injured Pokemon since the option to ignore them was added (interestingly, they were never birds, just Weedle and Rattata). Since I finished the Bad to the Bone achievement, I've opted to help them each time. Just now, though, and injured Pidgey showed up. For some reason, it only had the "Help" link in blue, and no "Ignore" link at all. I clicked the link the help it, and was chastised for ignoring the poor thing, losing karma! After clicking that link, then there were two options, green and red, available, but of course those didn't matter any more because the event had resolved already.
What happened? Am I too evil to help now?

I also had this, but it was literally around the time when it was implemented and I thought I just got caught up in a cross over. After reading this, I guess not

Re: Injured Pidgey Bug
As a temporary solution for anyone encountering a bugged Pokemon: When you encounter a limping Pokemon, and only have one option (Help, but not Ignore), then the Pokemon is bugged. To make sure you do what you mean to, right-click the link, and select "Copy Link Location". Paste that URL in the address bar of your browser, and add "&help=1" to the end of it if you want to help the Pokemon, or "&help=2" to the end if you want to ignore them. It's a little inconvenient, but it will make this feature work like it's supposed to for you until the bug can be repaired, and after using this fix myself a couple times, I've yet to encounter a wild Missingno.

Re: Injured Pidgey Bug
I just refresh the page and it gives the two links, one green and one red.

This might be due to cacheing. I'll leave this topic open in case anyone runs into the same issue again.

Re: Injured Pidgey Bug
I just had the problem with a Rattata, and I had the issue yesterday. I'll try to remember to continue to whatever next page I was going on and hopefully the Pokemon is still there and I can still help it.

Re: Injured Pidgey Bug
The injured pokemon are rather persistant, they'll stay for a few pages before they're gone so no worries about missing them. If you don't see the two options then just go to another page or refresh the one you're one and they should show up

Re: Injured Pidgey Bug
You should now see the option to help or ignore injured Pokémon from the first time you trigger the random event.
