Actually, they are birds, because electric moves aren't very effective against dragons, but against Latios and Latias, electric moves are super effective.

It's a ticket that will take u to the secreat island and u will be able to catch them without having trouble to find them in whole hoenn. But you can only use it from the lilicove city.

well actually you are supposed to go to the port in Lilycove. I sharked my eon ticket and went to Lilycove to get the the Southern Island. I still have to get the eon ticket on my ruby. lol.

The Laits are Dragon/Psyhcic typ so Thunderbolt would not be effcitive
