Got a Question? Get an Answer Here
Re: Got a Question? Get an Answer Here
How do EXP boosts calculate, and in what order do they do so?
IE: I have a pikachu in my party, with energy drink, light ball, golden user bonus, and lucky egg. Would it be Z+Y x 3 x 2 x 10? Z being the amount given by energy drink and Y being the base value of a click.

Re: Got a Question? Get an Answer Here
Basically - yes!
click is 1 EXP and the energy drink is +1 to the base. - which would mean a total of 120 exp per click
could be cooler if pikachu was the bonus pokemon, another x4 would give it a total of 480 per click
basically the energy drink gets added on the base exp, as do the held berries that grant +1 exp per click. After that it should be the lucky egg that gets multiplied into and then any other bonuses but since its all multiplication they can be apllied in any order.

How does the lucky egg work exactly? I mean it isn't a hold item and it can't be 'used' from the bag...

Re: Got a Question? Get an Answer Here
it is actually used from the bag - it basically applies the bonus to every pokemon in your party as soon as you have it, so its effect is always on

Re: Got a Question? Get an Answer Here
As far as I know it's only happiness that is required.

Re: Got a Question? Get an Answer Here
Once it gains the required amount of happiness, it does need to level up once more (via click or ranch) for the evolution to take place.
May I as how you're gaining the happiness on your buneary?

What is the prize for winning the bug catching contest? I'm tried searching for the answer, but haven't found it.

I'm gaining happiness on the ranch with a Qualot berry attached, I've tried by normal clicking but nothing happened D:WhoKnows_WhoCares wrote:Once it gains the required amount of happiness, it does need to level up once more (via click or ranch) for the evolution to take place.

Re: Got a Question? Get an Answer Here
It won't say anything, but if your Pokémon is interacted with while in your party and holding an appropriate berry it will gain happiness for the interaction rather than EXP.FireSpirit wrote:I'm gaining happiness on the ranch with a Qualot berry attached, I've tried by normal clicking but nothing happened D:WhoKnows_WhoCares wrote:Once it gains the required amount of happiness, it does need to level up once more (via click or ranch) for the evolution to take place.

Re: Got a Question? Get an Answer Here
Go to the berry section of your bag and look for any berry with the description "Can be fed to a Pokémon to increase happiness." or "Increases Pokémon happiness when held and interacted with." to find out which berries increase happiness. The Grepa and Kelpsy berry are two respective examples.FireSpirit wrote:Ok but I'm not sure on what berry my buneary needs though D:

Here is a good guide if you're looking for berries with a specific effect on it. it has a full list of berries, their effects, and their rarity from the Berry Seed item.
