Magmar Won't Evolve

Magmar Won't Evolve
So I finally managed to get enough points for a magmarizer and attempted to evolve my shiny magmar. However it didn't work. I traded her to Clarissa while holding the magmarizer but nothing happened. Said magmar is currently back in my possession.

we are aware of this (cause i tried it about a month ago) - electabuzz would be similarly effected. We'll get this updated whenever we finally get the chance
