just edit your old post plz. And what does this have to do with the Safari Zone? And you CAN fly out of safari zone. I've tried it before.

Offtopic but an easier and quicker way that I have tested and confirmed it does work (I used to do this to get the rest of the starters for Red and Gold) is just keep giving Pikachu a Potion. Even if he is at full health, keep giving it to him. His happiness goes up even if it doesn't heal him.

THe happinsee evo occures on Wynaut,Azurill,Pichu,Cleffa,Igglybuff,and Togipi I think, and you can get 1 happinsee point for walking 512 steps

Happinsee evo still works, like in GSC+ that feature was in. Yellow was first to show happinsee , not happinsee evo
