A Nintendo promation or if a friend has it, your friend has to has the Eon Tickcet in the Key Items, then the place where you link up and then you can visit teir Secret Base

How do you know? I tried hatching it for around FOREVER and it still said the same thing.

well its a virus to provent cheating like using the game shark if you use the gameshark and you have the bad egg when it hatches it will freeze your game (and mabye even erase your data
