Missions past Rapidash mission in Team Rocket

Is there any way to do missions past the Rapidash mission? If so, how?

Team Rocket give you a mobile phone from which they will call you for more missions

I wish I could figure out when and how ponyta can evolve to complete the rapidash mission. lol.

ok. ty. well at least I am half way there. lol. before I got ponyta to lvl 20 I evolved one of my poochyenas. lol.
