Here is what nintendo power wrote about Fr/Lg:
September 9 will change everything. The world of Pokémon will expand. Pokémon technology will make its next quantum leap. We've seen the future and it's all about Pokémon Fire Red and Pokémon Leaf Green. The new games are set in Kanto, the region where Pokémon took root and exploded into major phenomenon, and the titles stuff in so many new features that we'll be deatailing them for months to come. One thing's for certain: when Pokémon Fire Red and Leaf Green get into rainer's hands, Pokémon fans stand to become the coolest, most connected gaming community in the world.
*i had to type that up* >__<
It then explains about the wireless adapter.

Still it's much better a cable because sometimes glitches may happen when the cable comes off

A GBA Link Cable is all you need for trading to RS to FRLG
