What Level Will Combusken Be A Blaziken?

I have a hard time figuring out what level will it evolve into Blaziken!!!!!

Most of the PokÃƒÂ©mon here evloves at their level in games. Except Pokemon that evloves with stones, Ponyta evoles at LV40

I don't think ponyta evolves with stone either. I thinik a good example for this is a poliwhirl. It needs a water stone to evolve. ( Excuse me if I misunderstood the post )

another good example is evee it can evolve depending on what kind of stone or time of day.
evee+water ston = vapreon
evee+morning=espeon
evee+fire stone=flareon
evee+thunder stone=jolteon
evee+night=umbreon
