Which pokemon is the hardest for you to catch?

Post by Coffee »

I mean a differant pokemon for each game. So far in R/B/Y Zapdos was the hardest for me. In G/S/C Ho-oh is hard and in R/S the Regi-trio was/is hard. ( Still haven't caught Regirock. I save the game and then battle and I usually knock him out. :x )
Also who is your strongest pokemon. (I will do this in game order.)
Articuno,level 72; typhlosion, level 68, and Kyogre,level 82.

Hardest for me to catch was Latias on my Sapphire, since I didn't have a Master Ball for it, the hardest on R/B/Y I can't remember, since I haven't played any of the 3 in a long time, and hardest on G/S/C was probably either Lugia or Ho-Oh. I can't remember what my strongest are on G/S/C or R/B/Y, but my strongest on Sapphire is probably only my level 52 Deoxys, but I haven't played the game very long.

Hardest for me to catch:

R/B/Y: Tauros
G/S/C: Pinsir/Scyther (yes I caught the legends all with 1 pokeball each)
R/S: Pikachu (took so many saffari balls that I stopped counting at 120.)

Highest lvled:

R/B/Y: Blastoise lvl 55 (Blue version)
G/S/C: Dragonite lvl 87 (Crystal version)
R/S: Swampert lvl 72 (Sapphire version)

The hardest for me to catch in R/B/Y was without a doubt, Mewtwo. Like most people playing R/B/Y for the first time ever, I wasted my Master Ball on Articuno and ended up catching Mewtwo with a simple Pokéball (after about 50 battles and who knows how many Poké/Great/Ultra balls). For G/S/C it was a Chansey, I swear sometimes these things are so unfair. I ran into a Chansey which was a rare event in itself and waste about 50 Ultra balls on it before giving up and nocking it out. I eventually run into another Chnasey and catch it first time. Go figure. On R/S it was Groudon. My cousin ended up catching it for me with a Premier Ball, which is not different from a Pokéball, yet I must have thrown 40 Ultra balls at it to no success.

For a list of my strongest Pokémon, go here

ho hum i hate randomness.

R/B/Y: I only have yellow, and i guess it was Chansey, it took so many god damned ultra balls... I fainted all the ledgendarys except Mewtwo. (master ball) My team consits of traded pokemon, fossils, and starters. So go figure.

G/S/C: Umm its probably those three dogs, havent even captured them yet. >,<

R/S: Probably Kyogre as it wasnt hard, but it took a couple of turn offs and turn back ons.

I haven't caught Latais(?) yet. It's hp is down because I will hit it and it will then run away. Now I need a pokemon that knows mean look and hypnosis. I bet I could catch it then. Where do you find Tidal Herbal? I want a azurill to help me fill my pokedex. What is your pokedex completion level? I've seen 173 and "own" 132 ( I really don't have that many pokemon :-( ). Oh, well. :)
